9-11   It’s all about you!  Get a massage, relax in the hammock, swim in the pool, take a walk on the beach, journal or read a book, this is your time to do whatever you want.

12pm   light lunch poolside, enjoy lunch and share some laughs

2pm    pilates core basics in the pool and/or mat classes

4pm    discover your heart in a meditative journey followed by discussion/discussions of easy nutritional life changes/learn easy healthy smoothie recipes

6pm    poolside dinner

7am    light breakfast poolside

8am    leave for catamaran, a wonderful relaxing day on a catamaran exploring, snorkeling, laughing and just enjoying the clear blue seas and wind in the sails while making memories for a life time
